This program is designed to introduce each athlete to skills necessary to improve overall speed and agility. Our focus will be on run mechanics and functional body control, lateral movement and multi-directional movement training.

Group Classes are offered weekly on Wednesdays from 4:30-5:30pm.

Program is for boys and girls, ages 5+. Classes begin the week of August 11 and are ongoing.
