Counselor-in-Training Program
Introducing our CIT Program for the Summer of 2026! This three-week program is for rising 9th graders (14 years old) who are interested in future employment with Next Level Kidz as a Summer Camp Counselor. Participants will work in a small group setting to learn how to control large groups, lead activities/assemblies, create fun curriculum and more!
Two sessions will be offered:
June 8 - June 26
July 6 - July 24
Camp Times are Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm. Cost per session is $450.
Interested candidates must apply below and participate in our interview process. Please include in your message why you would be a good fit for this opportunity and any previous experience you have working with children. Each session is limited to four CITs.
