8 Week Session offered every Tuesday from 4:30-5:30pm from September 2-October 28 (No Class on October 7).
This 8-week program is designed to introduce each athlete to skills necessary to improve overall speed & agility, shooting and ball handling. Our focus will be on run mechanics and functional body control, lateral movement and multi-directional movement training.
Program is for boys and girls, ages 9-12.
