8 Week Session offered every Thursday from 4:30-5:30pm from September 4-October 30 (No Class on October 9).
This 8-week program is designed to introduce each athlete to skills necessary to improve overall speed and agility. Our focus will be on run mechanics and functional body control, lateral movement and multi-directional movement training.
Program is for boys and girls, ages 5+.
