Spring 2025 | Registration ends February 16
8 Week Sessions offered every Tuesday from 4:30-5:30pm from February 25 – April 15.
This 8-week program is designed to introduce each athlete to skills necessary to improve overall speed and agility and ball handling. Our focus will be on run mechanics and functional body control, lateral movement and multi-directional movement training.
Program is for boys and girls, ages 7+.
