Description
Each week young players are introduced to new individual and team drills encompassing the five target areas. The drills and activities are progressively taught and reviewed in the following weeks. The skills learned in class, such as agility, hand-eye coordination, ball handling, passing and catching, flexibility, conditioning and teamwork benefit a lifetime of activities.
Classes begin the week of August 19th and will be offered every Tuesday from 4:30-5:30pm.
Program is for boys and girls, ages 6+.
